Ice Cream Mixes

Mucho Gusto's recipes are unique because we make our ice creams using a variety of bases: fruits, seeds, coconut milk, tree nuts, and/or peanuts. This aligns with our mission of inclusiveness and our passion for artisanal practices; our ice cream mixes are made from scratch, never relying on pre-made or imported mixes.
This approach yields a creamy, flavor-forward product and creates a space to continuously improve and innovate with
plant-based ingredients.





Terrazo

TERRAZO is all the crumbles, sauces, bakes and whips we make, or source, to elevate your helado experience. TERRAZO is added to the ice cream to enhance the flavor profile of the ice cream, add an interesting texture, and complete the ice cream's culinary concept.
Our signature TERRAZO includes Honeecomb toffee, nut pralines and brittles, fruit and caramel sauces, chocolate fudge and hardshell sauces, graham crumble, our signature cookie dough and a variety of cakes and cookies.

Waffle Cones
It tastes like a biscoff cookie! Our gluten-free, buttery, cinnamon-kissed waffle cone batter is made daily in small batches, so you can count on enjoying a fresh, hand-rolled waffle cone with our ice cream.
Waffle cones are available individually and in boxes of 6 for takeaway.
